Privacy.
This page covers elidot.com, the studio website. Each elidot product has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy applies when you use the product.
What this website collects
elidot.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics, it will be cookie-free and aggregate, and this page will say which service we use.
When you write to us
If you send a brief or an email to [email protected], we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company and message. We use it only to answer you and to deliver any work you ask for. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as we are talking, and then for up to three years so we can answer follow-up questions and meet our record-keeping duties, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Who is responsible
The controller is the company named in the imprint.
